Open a door
One conversation, one opportunity, one open door.
Most careers turn on a moment when somebody chose to let us in. Choose one thing you will do this month to be that person for someone else.
Your pledge
Pick one. Keep it small enough to actually do.
Choose one, press the button, and you get a pledge card to keep or share. Nothing is sent or stored; it stays on your device.

Why this matters
The effort is small. The effect is not.
Holding a door open asks very little of the person holding it: twenty minutes, a name passed on, a seat at a meeting. To the person on the other side it can be the moment their idea of themselves changes.
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not. The gap between them is closed by ordinary people deciding, on an ordinary day, to let someone in.
